HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the resolution of employee concerns, coaching, discipline, and investigations
• Manage internal and external recruitment processes, including staffing needs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Act as a primary resource for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintain HRIS records, including new employee information and revised pay rates
• Coordinate leave of absence activities and support daily attendance tracking
• Track employee metrics and perform necessary data entry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or 3+ years of human resources experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday
• Previous experience with payroll processes
