About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs
  • Manage the student/co-op program and attend job fairs
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including background checks and orientation
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system needs
  • Generate official documents such as offer letters and employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and the Industrial Relations Act
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze results for corrective action

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a related or similar HR position
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
