About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs
- Manage the student/co-op program and attend job fairs
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including background checks and orientation
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system needs
- Generate official documents such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and the Industrial Relations Act
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze results for corrective action
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a related or similar HR position
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
