About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for clinical and non-clinical positions, including background checks and license verification
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state, and accreditation standards for personnel files
  • Oversee the company's fleet management program, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, and compliance
  • Support payroll processing and resolve timekeeping issues
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing compliance training
  • Manage HR administration via email and Monday.com ticketing systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paycor)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or home health Human Resources
