About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for clinical and non-clinical positions, including background checks and license verification
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state, and accreditation standards for personnel files
- Oversee the company's fleet management program, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, and compliance
- Support payroll processing and resolve timekeeping issues
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing compliance training
- Manage HR administration via email and Monday.com ticketing systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paycor)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or home health Human Resources
