About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch end-to-end onboarding programs from pre-boarding through 90 days
  • Lead employee engagement and culture programming to reinforce organizational identity and belonging
  • Administer employee listening mechanisms including engagement surveys and pulse checks
  • Develop manager enablement resources such as onboarding guides and toolkits
  • Utilize AI tools to improve content quality and automate onboarding/engagement workflows
  • Track and report on key metrics including 90-day retention and new hire satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent
  • Proven experience owning or leading onboarding, engagement, or culture programs
  • Proficiency with HRIS and onboarding platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, BambooHR)
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to use generative AI for workflow efficiency
  • Strong project leadership and ability to manage complex, concurrent workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
