HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening CVs, arranging interviews, and conducting interviews.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management (annual, sick, field breaks, etc.).
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR induction programs.
• Manage employee records, including maintaining secure physical and electronic files and updating ERP profiles.
• Support training and development initiatives and organize annual performance assessments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as visa processing, medical insurance, and document legalization.
• Prepare monthly payroll submissions and maintain salary adjustment files.
• Resolve employee concerns and promote workplace initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
• Travel to various sites including KSA, India, and Egypt as required.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience within complex, multinational, or manufacturing environments.
• Expert knowledge of local Labor Law.
• Ability to travel to KSA, India, and Egypt.
• Ability to work in manufacturing/refinery environments, including climbing ladders and wearing safety equipment.
• Proficiency in managing HR processes within an ERP system.
