HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of corporate HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management (annual, sick, field breaks, etc.).
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee records, including maintaining secure physical and electronic files and updating ERP profiles.
• Support training and development initiatives and organize annual performance assessments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as visa processing, medical insurance, and document legalization.
• Prepare monthly payroll submissions and maintain salary adjustment files.
• Resolve employee concerns and promote workplace initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience within complex organizations (multinational, matrix, or manufacturing environments).
• Expert knowledge of local Labor Law.
• Ability to handle operational manpower and willingness to travel to sites in KSA, India, or Egypt.
• Physical ability to work in manufacturing/plant environments, including walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
