HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening CVs, arranging interviews, and conducting interviews.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management (annual, sick, personal, and field breaks).
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR induction programs.
• Maintain secure and confidential physical and electronic HR filing systems.
• Manage payroll preparation, salary adjustments, and employee profiles within the ERP system.
• Organize annual performance assessments and training and development initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as visa processing, medical insurance, and employment documentation.
• Resolve employee concerns and promote workplace initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in complex organizations.
• Proven experience working in multi-national, matrix, or manufacturing environments.
• Expert knowledge of local Labor Law.
• Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to navigate manufacturing or plant environments, including climbing ladders or stairs if required.
