HR Generalist People Operations

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Create, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other personnel-related documents in a legally compliant manner
• Continuously define, prepare, and optimize HR processes
• Provide advice and support to employees regarding personnel-related inquiries
• Diligently maintain and manage personnel files, master data, and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the People & Organization team and other stakeholders to implement HR strategies

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a similar field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management
• Solid knowledge of labor law
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience using HR software (e.g., Personio) and MS Office
• Highly motivated, proactive, and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
