About the role
Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create, review, and manage employment contracts and HR-related documents
- Help define, improve, and organize HR processes
- Advise and support employees with HR-related questions
- Maintain and manage employee files, master data, and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
- Work closely with the People & Organization team to implement HR strategies
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree in business administration or HR
- At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Team player with an independent and structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g. Personio) and Microsoft Office
