HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Organize onboarding and offboarding processes and manage the full employee lifecycle
• Coordinate HR documentation, internal processes, and support probation periods
• Support employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and performance feedback
• Participate in developing corporate culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives
• Coordinate recruitment processes, interacting with hiring managers and external partners
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and tools to support company scaling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Partner
• Proven experience in employee lifecycle management and onboarding/adaptation processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Fluency in Ukrainian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in tech, engineering, manufacturing, or defense industries
• Experience building HR functions or specific processes from scratch
• Experience working in startups or companies undergoing rapid scaling
