HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including organizing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate HR documentation, internal processes, and probation period support
• Support employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and performance feedback processes
• Participate in developing corporate culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives
• Coordinate recruitment processes, interacting with hiring managers and external partners
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and tools to support company scaling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Partner, or in a similar role
• Proven experience managing the employee lifecycle and onboarding/adaptation processes
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Fluency in Ukrainian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or defense sectors
• Experience building HR functions or specific HR processes from the ground up
• Experience working in startups or companies undergoing rapid scaling
