Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Ensure professional communication to deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives
  • Handle HR administrative operations and maintain personnel files
  • Manage HR and payroll documentation in cooperation with external providers
  • Monitor and update HR data and attendance records in HR systems

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Familiarity with Human Resources database systems
  • English proficiency for everyday communication
