About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Ensure professional communication to deliver a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives
- Handle HR administrative operations and maintain personnel files
- Manage HR and payroll documentation in cooperation with external providers
- Monitor and update HR data and attendance records in HR systems
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR roles
- Knowledge of Polish labor law
- Familiarity with Human Resources database systems
- English proficiency for everyday communication
