Partner with managers to address team challenges and enhance organizational effectiveness
Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development

Manage employee relations and grievance handling

5–7 years of progressive HR experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles
Mandatory hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll management
Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, and compliance
Proven ability to influence business leaders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment preferred
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
