HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, leave, and offboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation while maintaining accurate personnel files
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR and administrative matters
• Coordinate right-to-work checks, visa and immigration processes, 30% ruling applications, and Employer of Record arrangements
• Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and terminations
• Monitor employment-law requirements and support policy updates and compliance activities
• Contribute to the implementation of a new HRIS and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, in HR Operations, or a similar role
• Practical knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR compliance
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and employee relations
• Experience coordinating immigration and right-to-work processes
• MBO or HBO qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage
• Based in the Netherlands and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
