About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong business partnership with the Branch Manager to support retention and growth
- Monitor HR metrics including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Handle employee requests, issues, and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary actions
- Recommend and assist in the administration of corrective actions
- Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
- Facilitate training needs for the Dallas branch
- Maintain accurate employee records through reports and audits
- Assist with annual enrollment and ongoing benefit administration
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with policy review and creation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resource management or a related field
- Experience with ADP
