HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong business partnership with the Branch Manager to support retention and growth
• Monitor HR metrics including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Handle employee requests, issues, and concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
• Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary actions
• Recommend and assist in the administration of corrective actions
• Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
• Facilitate training needs for the Dallas branch
• Maintain accurate employee records through reports and audits
• Assist with annual enrollment and ongoing benefit administration

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with policy review and creation
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resource management or a related field
• Experience with ADP
