About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage core HR activities including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Drive colleague engagement initiatives to support business growth
- Lead Learning & Development efforts by providing practical tools and frameworks to help managers build team capability
- Act as a commercial partner to assigned business areas, using a coaching style to influence and guide decision-making
- Utilize management information and emotional intelligence to support the organization's growth ambitions
Requirements
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes
- Experience in absence and performance management
- A science or business degree is considered advantageous
- A valid driving license is preferred due to regular travel between Stone and Stoke
