HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR activities including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management
• Drive colleague engagement initiatives to support business growth
• Lead Learning & Development efforts by providing practical tools and frameworks to help managers build team capability
• Act as a commercial partner to assigned business areas, using a coaching style to influence and guide decision-making
• Utilize management information and emotional intelligence to support the organization's growth ambitions

Requirements

• CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes
• Experience in absence and performance management
• A science or business degree is considered advantageous
• A valid driving license is preferred due to regular travel between Stone and Stoke
