HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate policies and interpret them for managers and employees
• Manage employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for both salary and hourly associates
• Support the hiring process by coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports regarding attendance, terminations, and new hires
• Assist with data requests from North American and Korean headquarters
• Partner with supervisors to manage staffing needs, including coordination with 3rd party temp agencies
• Follow up with new hires to ensure successful benefits enrollment
• Support associate engagement initiatives and various HR projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business administration, preferably within an HR role
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• PHR or SPHR certification
