HR Generalist - Learning & Development

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including audio-visual aids, handbooks, and online documentation
• Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups
• Monitor the impact of training on learning and on-the-job performance
• Review and revise existing training programs, procedures, and training matrices
• Prepare reports on training activities and manage records related to the training budget
• Organize logistics for on-site training sessions
• Maintain detailed records of training attendance, results, and retraining requirements
• Oversee an internal rotation program for entry-level professional candidates
• Perform general HR duties including recruiting, onboarding, and employee communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience with a specific focus on Learning & Development (L&D)
• Proven experience developing workplace, corporate, or leadership training initiatives
• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding
• Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
