HR Generalist & Labor Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the complete payroll cycle for approximately 400 employees, acting as the primary contact for the external management company.
• Review and validate monthly variables, absences, incidents, Social Security (RLC/RNT), and tax forms (111 and 190).
• Collaborate with the finance department on monthly accounting closings related to personnel expenses and monitor payroll provisions.
• Manage the full employee administrative lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate payments for HR-related suppliers and support internal event organization to promote corporate culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with Spanish labor regulations and support internal or external audits.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Business Administration (ADE), Labor Relations, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll management within the Spanish legal framework, either in-house or supervising an external agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data matching, reporting, and analysis.
• Practical experience using Workday HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and tax compliance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as Meta4, Grupo Castilla, or Tramitapp.
