HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer HR programs, policies, and procedures globally to support the Army Prepositioned Stocks program
• Disseminate HR policies and procedures through employee memos, communications, and meetings
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation
• Track, process, analyze, and present data related to HR initiatives
• Develop and update reports using MS Word and Excel
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and larger organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Must be a US, UK, or EU citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience (or High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience)
• Knowledge of visa and travel procedures
• Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages
• Ability to work successfully with various levels of employees and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with KBR HR Policies and Procedures
• Knowledge of global HR practices and international employment laws
• Additional relevant certifications or coursework in Human Resources
• Previous exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
