About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries in Singapore
- Advise employees and managers on policies and processes
- Assist with benefit administration and connect employees with training and support
- Maintain HR databases, employee files, and records
- Support HR projects and operational improvements in collaboration with global teams
- Triage and resolve day-to-day HR issues with autonomy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Proven track record of advising employees and managers on HR matters
- Experience delivering operational projects independently and in cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pension and benefits administration
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
