About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries in Singapore
  • Advise employees and managers on policies and processes
  • Assist with benefit administration and connect employees with training and support
  • Maintain HR databases, employee files, and records
  • Support HR projects and operational improvements in collaboration with global teams
  • Triage and resolve day-to-day HR issues with autonomy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Proven track record of advising employees and managers on HR matters
  • Experience delivering operational projects independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pension and benefits administration
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
