HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, solution-oriented HR support and advisory services to managers and employees regarding personnel and labor law matters
• Collaborate constructively and trustworthily with the newly established works council
• Manage administrative HR tasks independently throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Support and coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention processes
• Prepare and coordinate payroll processing in cooperation with external service providers
• Maintain and utilize HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and ATOSS
• Organize and facilitate recurring HR processes such as salary reviews, performance appraisals, and training sessions
• Contribute to HR projects and support change management and integration initiatives at the site

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a comparable commercial vocational training
• At least 2 years of practical experience in operational HR day-to-day business
• Proficiency in managing personnel administration from entry to exit
• Experience with recurring HR processes like performance reviews and goal setting
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to drive topics forward independently
• Strong communication skills and a structured, diligent working style with high awareness of data privacy
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
