About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as a trusted partner to managers on employment matters, performance, and policies
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline, operational, and specialist roles
- Maintain employment contracts, employee records, and compliance with Lithuanian labour legislation and GDPR
- Maintain HR data, coordinate payroll inputs, and produce HR reports
- Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives, office events, and Health & Safety activities
- Communicate effectively in both Lithuanian and English across international teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
- Strong working knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and employment legislation
- Experience in payroll administration and recruitment practices
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
- Proactive and organized approach with ability to manage competing priorities
