About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers on employment matters, performance, and policies
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline, operational, and specialist roles
  • Maintain employment contracts, employee records, and compliance with Lithuanian labour legislation and GDPR
  • Maintain HR data, coordinate payroll inputs, and produce HR reports
  • Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives, office events, and Health & Safety activities
  • Communicate effectively in both Lithuanian and English across international teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
  • Strong working knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and employment legislation
  • Experience in payroll administration and recruitment practices
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
  • Proactive and organized approach with ability to manage competing priorities
