HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers on employee relations and team mobilization
• Support performance management and the development of internal policies and procedures
• Manage internal employee movements and attendance monitoring
• Promote workplace accident prevention and manage work accident files
• Prepare employee files for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with HR management philosophy and organizational strategies
• Administer working conditions and help promote the employee experience
• Produce and analyze statistical reports related to HR performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
• 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management
• Fluency in both English and French (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
