HR Generalist (HRBP)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding
• Provide HRBP support to assigned business functions, offering day-to-day guidance to line managers
• Ensure compliance with Korean labor laws and regulations in all daily HR operations
• Support the annual performance management cycle, including system administration and timeline tracking
• Act as a first-line contact for employee inquiries and routine employee relations matters
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies in line with regional and global standards
• Prepare HR data, reports, and analysis to support management discussions and decision-making
• Participate in global and local HR initiatives such as engagement surveys and culture programs

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Solid understanding of Korean labor law and its application in HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience using HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of discretion and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multinational or matrix organization
• Previous exposure to HRBP or business-facing HR roles
• Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term HRBP career path
