HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support managers by coaching and mentoring them on human resources policies and procedures to encourage a positive, compliant work environment.
• Facilitate key HR activities including talent management, engagement, learning and development, employee relations, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the global enablement team, HRBPs, and COEs to improve the employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as a primary operational point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
• Provide insights to the leadership team regarding employee sentiment, workplace culture, and morale.
• Maintain compliance with local employment legislation and adhere to company policies.
• Support organizational change management and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources with a solid HR operational foundation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in the effective rollout of HR initiatives and programs.
• Knowledge of HR operations, systems, and industry guidelines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other APAC markets.
• Proficiency in other Asian languages.
• Experience working in a global or multi-regional organization with an understanding of cultural nuances.
