HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Implement HR programs and provide support to business clients regarding people issues to drive growth and profitability.
• Partner with managers on HR strategies, including talent identification, recruiting methodologies, and talent development.
• Advise site management on employee engagement, workforce planning, data trends, and policy matters.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, orientation, merit cycles, and separation processes.
• Develop local recruitment programs, budgets, and maintain networks through job fairs and community organizations.
• Counsel management on policy interpretation, legal awareness, and labor law compliance.
• Investigate policy violations and help resolve employee relations issues.
• Partner with Total Rewards to administer local compensation and benefit programs.
• Support global HR initiatives and sustainability programs at the local site level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function.
• 5-6 years of Human Resources or related professional experience.
• Advanced functional HR skills and experience performing diverse HR tasks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels, from production associates to executives.
• Ability to respond effectively to customer complaints, employee issues, and regulatory inquiries.
