HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration including contract preparation and maternity leave administration
• Support payroll processes for hourly employees
• Maintain HR systems and ensure high data quality through regular reporting and statistics
• Support the working environment organization and administrative tasks
• Optimize and develop HR processes to increase efficiency and structure
• Translate and update training materials
• Develop and update internal communication channels

Requirements

• Experience in a broad HR role or a relevant student job
• Structured work style with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of data and HR systems
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Danish and English
• Proactive mindset with an interest in how AI can be applied within HR
