HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and system access.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
• Manage visa processes in coordination with the PRO, including applications, renewals, and labor-related matters.
• Generate monthly HR reports regarding headcount, new joiners, vacations, and absences.
• Coordinate employee logistics such as travel, airport pickups, and accommodation bookings.
• Support line managers with performance appraisal documentation and conduct staff orientations.
• Initiate and coordinate employee engagement programs and recognition activities.
• Handle administrative tasks including generating employment letters (promotion, warning, experience, etc.) and managing petty cash.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
