HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with management and employees to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Provide timely HR support across recruitment, talent management, labor law, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding coordination.
• Support key HR processes such as performance management, training, and career development.
• Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and the annual salary review process.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, EU directives, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation in the Czech Republic and/or Slovakia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
• Professional proficiency in both Czech and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education or advanced qualifications in HR or an MBA.
• Experience working within an international matrix organization.
• Exposure to cross-country HR operations and managing remote stakeholders.
