Responsibilities

  • Lead talent identification, succession planning, and career development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Drive HR project delivery, including cross-functional and organizational-wide transformational initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing inquiries.
  • Execute efficient recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage HR data and records, generating reports and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including supporting government reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-plant environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent development, succession planning, and employee relations management.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver HR projects across different functions or locations.
  • Strong background in HR data management, reporting, and analytical decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD).
  • Functional understanding of SAP or PeopleSoft systems.
  • Green Belt certification.
