HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee relations, including onboarding, terminations, and maintaining accurate HR information systems.
• Coordinate training and development activities, such as organizing sessions, managing attendance, and maintaining records.
• Support compensation and benefits by collecting data for payroll calculations, including incentives and allowances.
• Track probation periods and support the performance review process through documentation and meeting coordination.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, and the preparation of HR metrics and reports.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and local legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous administrative or HR-related experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
