About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Process payroll in coordination with Finance
- Monitor leave balances, end-of-service benefits, and entitlements
- Manage GOSI updates, medical insurance renewals, and WPS reporting
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies
- Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and identify training needs
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Support Saudization programs and ensure Nitaqat compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage iqama renewals
Requirements
- Saudi nationality only
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, WPS, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad
