About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR team on short and long-term projects to support organizational needs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in Human Resources and talent management.
- Handle employee relations inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating sensitive matters as needed.
- Partner with stakeholders to create reports, conduct data analysis, and identify actionable trends.
- Suggest interventions and solutions to improve team processes, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of experience working in a Human Resources role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly desired).
- Ability to obtain SHRM Certification within one year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a healthcare environment.
