HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Handle foreign worker work pass matters (EP applications, renewals, and cancellations) via MOM
• Administer statutory government claims such as Childcare Leave and other MOM/MSF submissions
• Support and process accurate and timely payroll
• Manage tax clearance (IR21) and assist with annual IR8A tax submissions to IRAS
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and statutory regulations
• Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute company-wide engagement initiatives and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
• 5+ years of HR Management experience within Financial Services or Fintech
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and IRAS tax requirements
• Hands-on experience with payroll processes and government claims
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leadership
