HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end international recruitment, including role posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, renewals, and provider liaison.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS and applicant tracking system.
• Produce regular management information (MI) and maintain data trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Support annual cyclical processes such as performance management and compensation cycles.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with employment law.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in an HR, People, or HR administration role.
• Proven experience working within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in data reporting and MI.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it).
• Demonstrable interest in using AI and modern tooling to improve People operations.
• Experience administering employee benefits and supporting annual HR cycles.
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
