Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable California labor laws
• Maintain and track required certifications, background checks, and employee credentials
• Support payroll processes by reviewing timekeeping and ensuring data accuracy
• Coordinate offboarding processes and assist with employee status changes
• Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive work environment

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and California employment laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with HRIS systems
