Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Manage HR documentation, letters, and policy administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards
- Support annual appraisal cycles and performance reviews
- Partner with hiring managers for role understanding and screening
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and MS Office
