HR Generalist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle personnel administration tasks including occupational health visits, health insurance, meal vouchers, and pre-hiring declarations
• Prepare variable payroll elements for the payroll team
• Support the onboarding process for new employees through administrative file management and first-day coordination
• Administer and update employee data within the Personio HRIS
• Produce and monitor key HR indicators such as headcount, absenteeism, and turnover
• Manage the administrative follow-up of training files with the OPCO
• Coordinate observation internship campaigns and provide ad hoc support to recruitment activities

Requirements

• Master's level student (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional discretion and strong interpersonal skills
• Operational proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
• Knowledge of French employment law
