HR Generalist Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process for operational personnel
• Assist with training processes and maintain the training matrix
• Follow up on continuous improvement proposals
• Support the organization and communication of internal and corporate events
• Attend to internal customers and employees
• Request quotes from various suppliers
• Conduct induction sessions for new hires
• Develop an improvement project within the HR area
• Create communication materials

Requirements

• Currently an active student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field
• Valid student insurance (seguro facultativo vigente)
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong soft skills: responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, assertive communication, and customer service orientation
