Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation workflows
• Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region
• Plan and execute team events, office activations, and company-wide culture initiatives
• Drive culture projects to build community across a distributed team
• Partner with the global People team to roll out regional programs
• Identify process improvements to build scalable People operations

Requirements

• 2–3 years minimum of professional experience in HR, People, operations, or administrative roles
• Hands-on experience with Workday
• Outstanding attention to detail regarding documents and data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Native-level German and fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting benefits administration across multiple European countries
• Exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth technology or start-up environment
• Experience planning and executing company events or culture programs
