HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Manage employee files (digital and physical) in compliance with Provincial and Canadian privacy legislation
• Act as a liaison for STD/LTD management, coordinating between employees, managers, and disability services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries regarding company policies and benefits
• Manage the HR department’s shared inbox and ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of requests
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and special HR projects as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
• Experience managing Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) processes
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with Google Suite
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Workday HRIS
• Bilingualism in French and English
