HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and general HR matters
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities and system setup to ensure a positive experience
• Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, separation documentation, and system access coordination
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and documentation are up to date
• Partner with Recruiting Partners to coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, and offer preparation
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, organizational changes, and performance processes
• Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, coordinator, or people operations role
• Proven experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
