About the role
Responsibilities
- Support key stages of the employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and offboarding
- Manage core HR operations such as payroll coordination, tax filings, HR administration, employee documentation, and data maintenance
- Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and presentation materials to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities within Tech, AI, and automation to drive operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a broad HR generalist role including payroll and HR administration
- Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and work pass regulations
- Experience supporting stakeholders across different organizational levels
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Experience in a multinational or international business environment is advantageous
