About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager and team with daily operations
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
- Process movement and confirmation documentation
- Research, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships and payments
- Maintain co-worker files and 201 records
- Analyze data to provide useful HR metrics
- Support internship and apprenticeship programs
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant HR work experience
- Detailed knowledge of HR and Office Administration Services
- Familiarity with local labor legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
