About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager and team with daily operations
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle
  • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
  • Process movement and confirmation documentation
  • Research, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships and payments
  • Maintain co-worker files and 201 records
  • Analyze data to provide useful HR metrics
  • Support internship and apprenticeship programs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Detailed knowledge of HR and Office Administration Services
  • Familiarity with local labor legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
