About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
- Coordinate resume screening, interview documentation, and reference checks
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment status reports and accurate records
- Monitor and summarize recruitment-related costs
- Assist in coordinating responses to EEO complaints, health & safety, and employee grievances
- Support Department Heads in managing employee relations matters
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is required
- Proven experience in recruitment and candidate screening
- Ability to manage administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
- Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and management
