HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle including screening and interview coordination
• Support onboarding processes and conduct new employee orientations
• Administer employee benefits programs and address policy inquiries
• Collaborate with management on performance management and annual reviews
• Develop and deliver employee training programs
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making
• Handle employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
