About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing visas, work permits, and cancellations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns to promote a positive workplace culture
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to drive engagement
- Support the HR Manager with performance management and training initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and support compensation and benefits initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture role within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE employment laws and HR principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
