HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing visas, work permits, and cancellations
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns to promote a positive workplace culture
• Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to drive engagement
• Support the HR Manager with performance management and training initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and support compensation and benefits initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture role within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE employment laws and HR principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
