About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Handle employee benefits, tax deductions, and reimbursements
- Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment
- Assist in conducting performance appraisals and tracking employee progress
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and exit formalities including full & final settlements
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of proven experience in HR functions, specifically in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
