HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks.
• Handle candidate communications, employment offers, and the logistics of new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for all salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accurate statutory deductions and tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, including status changes, promotions, and terminations.
• Support the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and gathering necessary documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, compensation, and grievances.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal communications.
• Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and local employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a service industry or a regional/multinational organization.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong proficiency in HR systems, data entry, and report generation.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and management.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
